Magic was having a bit of a moment in April, with 10 of the top 25 slots, displacing the Pokemon TCG (see "TCGplayer Top 25 Sealed – March 2021") as the most active brand. Beyond the Big 3 of Magic, Yu-Gi-Oh!, and Pokemon, each of which took one of the top three slots, the list included more brands than usual with three others, Digimon, Flesh and Blood, and Dragon Ball Super all placing products on the chart.
This chart is based on sales on the TCGplayer platform, the largest marketplace in the U.S. for collectible card games including Magic: The Gathering, Pokemon, Yu-Gi-Oh! and other card games and supplies. TCGplayer provides inventory management and fulfillment services to retailers.
