A former executive and former licensing agent for World Wrestling Entertainment will go to jail for their role in a $1 million kickback scheme (see 'WWE and Jakks in Courtroom Cage Match ').

Former WWE licensing agent Stanley Shenker admitted to a deal with former WWE Sr. VP James Bell by which Bell would receive kickbacks in return for future business with Shenker.  Shenker wrote off the payments on his tax returns as business expenses.

Shenker is to pay $2.8 million in restitution to WWE and serve 33 months in prison, and Bell is to pay a $6,000 fine and $950,000 in restitution, and will serve an 8-month sentence.
