According to the Hollywood Reporter, visual effects creator and toymaker Stan Winston has licensed Apocalypse for movies and toys. Apocalypse is a 3DO mature-rated videogame. Winston obtained the feature film option for the property through StanWinston Productions. The toys, which will be marketed through Stan Winston Creatures, will hit retail around Halloween.
