On Sunday night HBO ran a trailer for the second season of Game of Thrones, its popular adaptation of the George R.R. Martin epic fantasy series. The promo, which is titled "You Win or You Die," and it promises plenty of action and intrigue in the new series, which debuts on HBO on Sunday, April 1st. It also appears that Tyrion Lannister, who is played by Peter Dinklage, will play an increasingly large role in the proceedings, since the most powerful line in the promo footage, "A small man can cast a very large shadow," clearly refers to him.
The popular TV series has already helped spin-off a comic book adaptation from Dynamite Entertainment as well as board and card games from Fantasy Flight Games.
