Yahoo Movies is reporting that an animated SpongeBob SquarePants feature film, based on the Nickelodeon TV series, is planned to start production this year for release November 19, 2004. The film will feature the voice actors, director, and writer from the series, with potential additional cast members to be named later. Animation will be traditional (not CGI), like the other Nickelodeon productions.
