Cryptozoic Entertainment has announced an agreement with Cartoon Books to produce vinyl figures based on the characters Jeff Smith’s Bone comic book series from Cartoon Books. Cryptozoic plans to unveil prototypes of the vinyl figures of the Bone cousins, Fone, Phoney, and Smiley at Toy Fair this weekend. The Cryptozoic Bone vinyl figures will be available at retail in the fourth quarter of 2015.
Smith’s Bone comics, which have been translated into 23 languages, are a worldwide hit with millions of copies sold around the world. Cryptozoic, which has already made a name for itself in the world of tabletop gaming with an array of original and licensed card and board games, is moving aggressively into the production of pop culture collectibles, a strategy that was highlighted by the company’s recent hiring of ex-Diamond VP of Purchasing Bill Schanes (see "Schanes Joins Cryptozoic as VP").

Available in Q4, 2015
