Steve Jackson Games has announced a partnership with Your Move games to produce Ogre: Operation 218, a hybrid strategy card game combining Battle for Hill 218 and Ogre.

The two-player game will combine the classic future military tank warfare world of Ogre with the card-based strategy game where players fight to control a hill by occupying bases on the opposite sides.  Players must main supply lines and destroy enemy units to take their enemy’s base, while also defending their own base.  The new game will pit an army of infantry and tanks against a giant, artificially intelligent cybertank attempting to destroy everyone.

MSRP and release date were not announced.
