Fantasy Flight Games will release Game of Thrones: The Trivia Game, based on the popular HBO television series, in Q1 2016.

Game of Thrones  The Trivia Game combines elements of trivia games and strategy games.  Players must answer questions about the first four seasons of Game of Thrones to conquer parts of Westeros, strategically choosing which locations to compete for and how much risk to take each turn.  The game includes more than 1200 cards, some with pictures taken from the show.

Advanced rules introduce resources that can be collected to recruit major characters from the series.  These allies can be used to give the player a strategic edge or undermine the efforts of their opponents.  Resources can also be used to bribe other players into helping answer questions, forming temporary alliances between them.

Game of Thrones: The Trivia Game is intended for 2 or more players, ages 18 and up, and plays in 30 to 60 minutes.  MSRP is $39.95.
