Created by Imperial Settlers designer Ignacy Trzewiczek, 3 Is A Magic Number will add a new game mechanic: Sets.  With this new ability, players can score points and trigger in-game events by building three cards of the same color.  The expansion will also include new cards for all five of the Factions in the game.

Imperial Settlers: 3 Is A Magic Number will include 67 game cards: 13 Common cards, 50 Faction cards, and 4 Solitaire cards.  As an expansion, a copy of Imperial Settlers will be required to use 3 Is A Magic Number.  MSRP is $16.00.

Portal released the previous Imperial Settlers expansion at Gen Con last year (see “New Faction Joins ‘Imperial Settlers’”).
