The image appears to show the window of the Sanctum Sanctorum, which, in the comics, is the physical magnification of a spell interwoven with the house’s natural energies that protects the doctor’s home from supernatural invasions.
The movie recerntly wrapped filming (see "Benedict Cumberbatch Visits NYC Comic Store"), and the first trailer for the move is expected to release tonight. The movie opens in theaters on November 4.
