CoolMiniOrNot has announced a license deal with Italian publisher Kaleidos Games to produce a U.S. version of its hidden object game Kaleidos.

Originally published in 1995, Kaleidos takes the classic “hidden object” puzzle and converts it into a game.  Each player is assigned a picture, then a letter card is drawn.  Players have 60 seconds to write down all of the things in the picture they can find that correlate with that letter.  Points are awarded for finding objects, with a bonus for a unique discovery.

Kaleidos was created by Spartaco Albertarelli (Coyote, Dust) and features art by Elena Prette.  The game is intended for 2 to 12 players, and is suitable for children and adults.  MSRP is $39.99. Release is planned for Q3.
