Shooting of the third installment of the Blade franchise, based on the Marvel Comics character, has begun in Vancouver.  Wesley Snipes, his double, and a camera crew were spotted shooting on location in Vancouver on Thursday.  Along with news that shooting of Blade III (aka Blade: Trinity) had begun, came word that indie goddess Parker Posey (A Mighty Wind), would be playing the role of a vampire in the new film.  In addition to Posey, Jessica Biel (Seventh Heaven) and Ryan Reynolds will be joining Snipes and Kris Kristofferson in the new Blade film.  David Goyer, who has written the screenplays for all three Blade films, will handle the directing chores.  Although he previously directed Zig Zag, which went direct to video, this will be Goyer's first time directing a theatrical feature.
