The film was originally supposed to run for one week, from October 11 – 18 (see “TOHO's 'Godzilla: Resurgence' Scheduled for U. S. Theaters”). The film has made a total of $1,501,390 at the U.S. box office, according to ANN. Now some theaters will continue to screen the film until October 27, with over 200 theaters in the U.S. and Canada showing matinees on Saturday, October 22.
