Warner Bros. Animation and DC Entertainment have shared the first trailer for the animated Justice League Dark film, which, like Batman: The Killing Joke will be Rated R.
IGN is reporting that the voice cast will include Jeremy Davies as Ritchie, Enrico Colantoni as Felix Faust, Alfred Molina as Destiny, and Roger R. Cross as both Swamp Thing and John Stewart. They join Jason O’Mara as Batman, Matt Ryan as Constantine, Camilla Luddington as Zatanna, Nicholas Turturro as Deadman, Ray Chase as Jason Blood/Etrigan, Jerry O’Connell as Superman, and Rosario Dawson as Wonder Woman.
The movie finds the world under attack from supernatural forces, which sends the Justice League’s Batman in search of help from occult investigator John Constantine. Constantine gathers a team of other supernatural superheroes: Seap Thing, Deadman, Zatanna, and Etrigan the Demon, to combat the threat.
The film will be released on Blu-ray, DVD and Digital in early 2017.
