DC Entertainment is planning a TV advertising campaign to support the collected editions of its Rebirth content, and is also making ads available for comic stores to run in-store or on TV on a co-op basis.  DC will begin to launch the Rebirth collections in January (see “’Rebirth’ in More Formats”), and will run ads through January and February, as the collections release. 

AMC, IFC, TBS, TNT, TruTV, El Rey, and Boomerang, will be included in the TV campaign. 

DC is providing retailers 15-second character-focused Rebirth ads on Batman, The Flash, Green Arrow, Justice League, Suicide Squad, Supergirl, Superman, and Wonder Woman, as well as a 15-second Rebirth ad, a 30-second Rebirth ad, and a 25-second Rebirth ad with space for a store tag at the end. 

The campaign presents a new jumping-on point for trade-waiters and others that may have missed the periodical comic launch of the Rebirth titles, and is an acknowledgement of the importance of that audience to the success of the line.
