“How did we end up like this?!” Wilson (Harrelson) yells at a fellow train passenger, in one of many failed attempts to connect with a fellow human being. The film is based on Daniel Clowes’ graphic novel which was released in 2010 by Drawn & Quarterly.  The graphic novel won an Eisner award in 2011 for Best Graphic Album (see “2011 Eisner Award Winners”).

The film releases in theaters on March 24.
