Marvel is revisiting the miniseries that produced the most successful Deadpool graphic novel of recent years, with an all-new five-issue miniseries.

Written by Cullen Bunn (The Unsound, Harrow County) and drawn by Dalibor Talajic (Red Wolf), the first two issues of Deadpool Kills the Marvel Universe (Again) hit shelves in July. The pair was behind the original Deadpool Kills the Marvel Universe, which ran over four issues in 2012.

The original Deadpool Kills the Marvel Universe collection was the #20 graphic novel overall in comic stores in 2015 (see “Top 1000 Graphic Novels – 2015”), and spent months in the Top 20 in the book channel last year behind the interest from the movie (see “February 2016 BookScan --Top 20 Graphic Novels”)

The Merc With a Mouth’s original homicidal run was recently collected in Deadpool: The Adamantium Collection, a 784-page hardcover collection that Marvel released in March (see “Deadpool Gets High End Collection”).
