Lion Forge is expanding their CubHouse imprint for younger readers with a new OGN trilogy.

Glint: Loon’s Army is the first of three volumes by writer Samuel Sattin (Legend) and artist Ian McGinty (Adventure Time). Colored by Kendra Wells, the book is scheduled for release in February 2019. Subsequent volumes will be released in October 2019 and April 2020.

A science fiction series inspired by Craig Thompson’s Space Dumplins, Noelle Stevenson’s Nimona, and the popular Knights of Sidonia series, Glint follows a headstrong young miner named Loon, who lives on a planet that is hurtling from solar system to solar system to find a star it can call home. But the planet has been nearly mined to death and is almost out of fuel.

“Together, Sam and Ian have come up with a page-turner of a visually stunning fantasy adventure that I cannot wait to share with readers,” says Lion Forge Vice President–Executive Editor, Andrea Colvin. Lion Forge recently promoted Colvin, who oversees the Roar and CubHouse lines (see “New Executive Editor”).
