As filming gets underway for Deadpool 2, star Ryan Reynolds has shared promotional shots of two of his costars in costume on Twitter.
Today was the first official look at Josh Brolin’s portrayal of Cable. "We all have that one, grumpy, heavily armed Uncle from the future. #PremiumCABLE," Reynolds’ first Tweet read. The headshot, which showcased the time-traveling mutant Nathan Summers’ cybernetic eye and copious scars.
“DeadPool 2: Your premium #Cable provider,” read the second Tweet, which showed off Cable’s cybernetic arm and extensive personal arsenal… which for some reason includes a teddy bear.
Last Monday, Reynolds Tweeted a picture of Zazie Beetz as X-Force member Domino (aka Neena Thurman). “Some people just know how to work a red carpet. #Domino #DeadPool2.”
Deadpool 2 will release in theaters on June 1, 2018 (see “Best in Shows--Q2 2018”).
