Two sets of terrain pieces will be available to liven up Star Wars:  Legion battlefields in the second quarter, when Fantasy Flight releases the Priority Supplies Battlefield Expansion and the Barricades Pack.

The Priority Supplies Battlefield Expansion will be a boxed set that includes 3 comm stations, 4 moisture vaporators, and 5 supply crates.  The models can be used to mark mission objectives, or simply scattered around the playing area to provide a Star Wars atmosphere and an environment for figures to interact with.  In addition to the models, the expansion has three new battle cards that change the battlefield or create new objectives for players to compete over.  MSRP is $24.95.

The smaller Barricades Pack is a duplicate set of eight unpainted barricade models, identical to those included in the Core Set.  Players can use these extra barricades to create a wider variety of battlefields, either as decorative pieces or to create additional cover for warriors to hide behind.  MSRP is $14.95.

Fantasy Flight has announced a number of expansions for the game already (see “Rebel Reinforcements Arrive for ‘Star Wars:  Legion,’” “Imperial Snowtroopers Deploy for ‘Star Wars:  Legion,’” and “First Unit Expansion for ‘Star Wars:  Legion’ Revealed”).
