Young likened the series to popular children’s illustrated novel series Diary of a Wimpy Kid and Captain Underpants, except aged up for secondary school.  Rufus, who was the biggest school bully since kindergarten, is suddenly the victim of torment his first day of high school. Now he must partner with his favorite geeks if he wants to survive the school’s Hunger Games-like contest called Bully Wars.
