Marvel has announced the creative team for its new Ms. Marvel series, The Magnificent Ms. Marvel, launching in March. Saladin Ahmed, who won an Eisner for Black Bolt in July (Best New Series, see "Monstress, My Favorite Thing... Dominate Eisners") will write, replacing G. Willow Wilson, and Minkyu Jung will provide the art. The cover of #1 will be by Eduard Petrovich, with variants by Elsa Charretier and Babs Tarr.
Wilson, who turned Ms. Marvel into a perennial bestseller in both comic stores and bookstores, announced that she was ending her Marvel exclusive and beginning to work for DC Comics earlier this year (see "G. Willow Wilson Takes Over ‘Wonder Woman’").
