Written by Scott Snyder and James Tynion IV, with art by Eduardo Risso and a main cover by Jock, this 32-page one-shot details the rise of the second-deadliest Batman to appear from the dark. This vigilante will use any weapon at his disposal, and has been trained to use them all through use of the Wayne fortune. He was hand-selected by the Batman Who Laughs to help achieve his goals.
