Six Days covers the deadly World War II battle that took place in the small village of Graignes, France, after 182 members of the U.S. 82nd Airborne Division were dropped 18 miles off target on D-Day. Despite the risk, the villagers of Graignes took in the misplaced paratroopers, but they were discovered by the German militia. The French and Americans soon found themselves trying to fend off 2,000 enemy combatants.
