Wheaton claims that Legendary hired him to create, host, and executive produce the web series entitled Titansgrave: The Ashes of Valkana in return for $50,000 and 50% of its net profits. An alleged breach of contract occurred when Legendary didn't "consult meaningfully" with Wheaton over distribution, as outlined in their agreement. Legendary has also refused a audit of its books, according to the suit, which has led Wheaton to seek at least $100,000 in damages and request a court order that a full accounting to be done.
