Dynamite Entertainment will launch a Dejah Thoris ongoing series this December.
Dejah Thoris will be written by Dan Abnett, with art by Vasco Georgiev, colors by Dearbla Kelly and lettered by Simon Bowland. The first issue will feature covers by Lucio Parrillo (Vengeance of Vampirella), Joseph Michael Linsner (Dawn), Billy Tucci (Shi), and Adam Hughes. The issue will also be available in a black-bagged risqué version. Along with the illustrated covers, a cosplay cover will be available featuring cosplayer May.
Barsoom is dying, inching closer to disaster with each passing day. As a scientist, Dejah Thoris must investigate why her homeward is freezing. Her vast skill set will be called upon when she discovers the secrets behind the catastrophe may be hidden by Barsoom’s political factions.
