Marvel will release a "treasury edition" (9" x 13") trade paperback collecting the six-issue miniseries, History of the Marvel Universe (see "History of the Marvel Universe Revisited and Retold"), in February.  This comprehensive retelling of the Marvel Universe from "Big Bang to the twilight of existence" is written by Mark Waid, with interior artwork by Javier Rodriguez.

Cover artwork for the general release edition will be provided by Steve McNiven (pictured here, from the first issue of the comic series), with a direct market-only cover by Javier Rodriguez.

The 224-page collection will street on February 12 at a $24.99 MSRP.
