Dark Horse Comics will release the two-part Hellboy & The B.P.R.D.: The Return of Effie Kolb, the sequel to Hellboy: The Crooked Man, in February 2020.
Years following the defeat of the infamous backwoods demon called the Crooked Man, Hellboy returns to Appalachia when Tom Ferrell is warned an incoming threat by a young psychic. The Crooked Man’s house is no longer empty as the Virginia woods fester with threats new and old.
Hellboy & The B.P.R.D.: The Return of Effie Kolb is written by Hellboy creator Mike Mignola, with art by Zach Howard, colors from Dave Stewart, and lettered by Clem Robbins. Zach Howard provides artwork on the main cover and the variant cover features art by Mike Mignola.
Dark Horse announced Hellboy & The B.P.R.D.: The Seven Wives Club for this December (see '‘Hellboy & The B.P.R.D.: The Seven Wives Club’').
