The CW Network has released an official trailer for the upcoming Stargirl show which is scheduled to be released in Spring 2020. Stargirl will feature Brec Bassinger as the lead character along with Luke Wilson, Amy Smart, and more (see "'Stargirl' on CW"). The new trailer offers a brief preview of the origin of Stargirl. After the untimely death of the original Starman, the staff chooses a new owner and she carries the mantle for the Justice Society.
