The makers of Ultimate Guard, heo Group, announced that it has obtained Wizard of the Coast brand licenses for Europe, Middle East, and Africa. Ultimate Guard, a trademark of heo Group, has been a brand line of TCG protection products since 2012.

The Ultimate Guard Planeswalker Line will be the primary product line that is planned to be  exclusively available in EMEA markets. This product line consists of deck boxes, sleeves, and other card protection items.

“Gamers do not want to compromise on protection of their valued card collection, therefore a partnership between a premium game like Magic the Gathering and the premium protection of Ultimate Guard is a natural fit”, said Ulrich Dudenhoffer, CEO of the heo Group.

Recently, heo Group has been increasing its product presence in the U.S. as well (see "Heo Expands Offerings in the U.S.").
