Smartphone Inc. is an economic strategy board game where players take on the roles of producers of smartphones, and they are racing to become the richest manufacturer of these high-tech devices. This game plays over a series of rounds, and players proceed through a simulation where they make decisions regarding the markets to sell their phones in. The game also features an AI named "Steve" that allows for a solo player mode or if players want to add extra competition to a multiplayer game.
It is for one to five players, ages 14 and up, and plays in 90 minutes. The game box comes with a high-quality, double-layer game board, more than 200 plastic markers, improvements and goods tokens, patents, technologies, retailers, pads, screens, and organizers. Smartphone Inc. will retail for $59.95 with an expansion already planned to retail at $29.99.
