Fantasy Flight Games has announced two new Unit Expansions for its Star Wars:  Legion tabletop miniatures game, ARC Troopers and BX-Series Droid Commandos, both releasing in Q2.

Both kits feature the most elite and highly-trained special forces from the Clone Wars era, and are designed to give players numerous customization options so they can build their teams just the way they want them.  Each kit comes with eight upgrade cards for use in the game, and the miniatures are sculpted to allow a variety of options, including alternative weapons and figures that can be posed in different ways.

The ARC Troopers are the cream of the cream from the Galactic Republic’s army of clone soldiers, trained and equipped for the most specialized and difficult of missions.  The ARC Troopers Unit Expansion provides seven of these special forces troopers, with weapon options including rifles, hand blasters, and DC-15x sniper rifles, as well as some models with jetpacks.

For the Separatist Alliance, the BX-Series Droid Commandos Unit Expansion offers specialized droids with advanced programming that allows them to operate independently from their more mindless droid army cousins.  The models in this kit can be equipped with a variety of sniper rifles, E-5 blasters, vibroswords, dioxis charges, and transparent deflector shields.

All models are supplied unpainted and some assembly is required.  MSRP is $34.95 each.
