Modern Art: The Card Game puts players in the roles of art collectors competing to assemble the most prized collection. The game is played over a series of rounds, with players adding different artwork from their hands to add to their display area. Art cards have special abilities to allow players to stay ahead of the trend. The more art of a particular artists is displayed at the end of each round awards victory points to the players. After four rounds, the player with the most victory points in the winner.
