Marvel Comics will launch Immortal She-Hulk, written by Al Ewing with art by Jon Davis-Hunt and cover by Joe Bennett, in September. Ewing is the longtime writer of Immortal Hulk, of course, and Joe Bennett did art on his first 33 issues. Immortal Hulk was that rare beast, an ongoing title featuring a single character with a consistent writer/artist team. Fans responded, placing the title consistently in the top 20 comics (see "Top 500 Comics – February 2020").
The storyline of Immortal She-Hulk flows out of Empyre, which apparently gives Jennifer Walters a new lease on life, but it’s not going to be that simple.
