In Prisma Arena, players choose and customize a hero to spar against their friends in an over-the-top arena setting. The characters are learning a martial art called Prismakata, and developing their skills and abilities so they can one day become Guardians of the Seed of Hope. Players will learn to do various moves by channeling Prisma and execute devastating combos using the card-driven combat system. They gain points as they fight, and the first hero to 20 points wins. This game also has a character advancement feature that allows players to gain new Prisma Powers and customize their hero with stickers as they train more.
Prisma Arena is for two to four players, ages 10 and up, and plays in 30 to 60 minutes. Retail price for this game is slated to be $39.99.Asmodee USA also announced The Magnificent, a dice drafting game by Aporta Games (see "Build a Grandiose Circus with 'The Magnificent'").
