Zodgrod is a doctor, of sorts, that succeeded in creating a new breed of "super runt". These runts have greater strength, intelligence, and problem-solving abilities. As a commander, this character can boost Gretchin Core units by adding +1 to hit rolls. He also comes armed with a Da Grabzappa for melee attacks and a Squigstoppa to grapple opponents.

Games Workshop also revealed a Combat Patrol, Codex, Datacards, and dice releases for Warhammer 40,000's Adeptus Mechanicus faction (see "Games Workshop Teases 'Warhammer 40,000' Adeptus Mechanicus Releases").
