Image Comics will release the first print edition of Ed Brubaker and Marcos Martin’s Friday in November, the company announced. The initial volume, Friday Book One: The First Day of Christmas, will collect the first story arc of the series originally published digitally by Panel Syndicate.
Friday Fitzhugh and her best friend Lancelot Jones, the smartest boy in the world, spent their childhoods solving crimes and digging up occult secrets. When Friday returns to their New England town from college for the holidays, she rejoins Lance and quickly finds something strange and dangerous is happening. Leading to the Christmas vacation from Hell.
The $14.99 trade paperback will street in comic stores on Wednesday, November 3 and in bookstores on Tuesday, November 9.
