Cosmic Odyssey is a bigger expansion than anything previously published for Cosmic Encounter (see "'Cosmic Encounter'"). Cosmic Odyssey adds several aliens, variants, and a brand-new campaign mode to the base game. The campaign is the main feature of the product, as it sends coalitions of aliens through a series of games spanning the cosmological ages. Along the way, they pick up prizes that can used on later ages or held onto for the final age.  

This expansion is not a standalone game, and requires a copy of the base game to play. It will retail for $59.99.
