Miles Morales is back in a new series, Miles Morales: Spider-Man, by writer Cody Ziglar and artist Federico Vicentini. The story opens with Miles dealing with a new menace that threatens him and everyone he holds dear. Mac Gargan, The Scorpion, makes a special appearance in the first issue. Miles Morales: Spider-Man #1 will go on sale on December 7 with a main cover by Dike Ruan, variant covers by Vincentin, Olivier Coipel, and Taurin Clarke, a connecting variant cover by Bengal, Costume A and Costume B covers by Peach Momoko, and a Cat Variant by Chrissie Zullo. The 40-page comic will have an MSRP of $4.99.

Ziglar was a member of the Beyond Board that designed the Spider-Man: Beyond storyline (see “‘Spider-Man Beyond’ to Kick Off in October”).
