ComicsPRO News: DC Comics announced a new summer event at the ComicPRO retailers conference: Knight Terrors, which will bring horror-themed stories to DC’s July and August titles. The writer for the event is Joshua Williamson, with art by Howard Porter, Guillem March, and more artists to be announced later. The event will be previewed in the FCBD comic Dawn of DC Knight Terrors Free Comic Book Day Special Edition, by Williamson, Porter, and artist Chris Bachalo, doing his first work for DC in 20 years.

The Knight Terrors miniseries will launch in July with Batman, Superman, and Wonder Woman finding the body of an old foe in the Hall of Justice. They call on Deadman to help them as they investigate the mystery in the nightmare realm. In addition, the event will take over DC comics in July and August with two-issue miniseries in which a DC superhero or villain faces their worst fears in the Nightmare Realm. The FCBD story will feature Damian Wayne.
