DC has lined up actor Michael Dorn, who played Worf in Star Trek: Next Generation and Deep Space Nine, and was the voice of Steel in Superman: The Animated Series, to write the new series Steelworks, which will launch in June. Sami Basri (Harley Quinn) will be the artist for the series. The story starts out with a terrorist set on attacking Metropolis and wreaking revenge on its builder, John Henry Irons, a.k.a. Steel. The series, which is part of the Dawn of DC initiative, will find John wondering if he should put an end to his second life as a superhero and focus instead on his relationship with Lana Lang. Steelworks #1 will have a main cover by Clay Mann.
