This game is a competitive dungeon crawler for two teams of players, which was designed by Thor Knai, Adam Carasso, and Kyle Newman. The game is set in the realm of Tempus where players will attempt to conquer various trials/quests in a fantasy tournament. To overcome the trials and their Guardians, they will need to rely on their skills and allies as well as their own strategy and cunning.

The game supports two to eight players, ages 12 and up, and plays in 120 minutes. It will also be available in a Premium Edition, which features fully painted miniatures.

WizKids also unleashed D&D Replicas of the Realms: Baby Owlbear Life-Sized Figure, a new life-sized replica, for release into retail (see "Baby Owlbear Replica").
