The new set has cards for characters from the Cray Cross Epic novel.  It features cards for characters like Kheios, Tamayura, Rorowa, Eva, and Thegrea.  Also, the Incandescent Lion, Blond Ezel returns as an Encounter Unit and the set has units from the Cardfight!! Vanguard YouthQuake monthly Bushiroad series.  There will be 101 types of cards, plus parallels, in Clash of Heroes and every pack will come with 2 cards of rarity R or above.  Packs come with 7 random cards and displays have 16 packs.

Alongside the new booster set, Bushiroad will also offer a Sneak Preview Kit.  The kit comes with 47 boosters, 8+1 promotional cards, and 2 premium rubber playmats.  This kit is available for use with sneak preview events only that run September 8-10, 2023.

Bushiroad will also release three Stand Up Decksets (pre-constructed decks) for Cardfight!! Vanguard on October 6, 2023 (see "'Cardfight!! Vanguard' Decksets").
