This dungeon crawler is a new entry point for players to immerse themselves in the world of Shadows of Brimstone. The game revolves around Viking Heroes heading out on an expedition into the frozen North. There, they will battle dark creatures of myth and legend that roam the countryside. It includes a narrative campaign that pits players against enemies like frost giants and other Viking-themed creatures. They will also explore gateways that open into the ancient alien Library.

Shadows of Brimstone: Gates of Valhalla is for one to four players and is compatible with other Shadows of Brimstone games (see "Two Revised Core Sets of 'Shadows of Brimstone'").
