Sigil Services, currently headed up by President Dr. Amy Bliss Marshall, was established back in 2005 by Aaron Acevedo, who is also the Art Director for Ulisses Spiele. The company then ventured into VTT conversions in 2019, and later partnered up with Shane Hensley's Pinnacle Entertainment Group in 2022, who is also the lead designer on Torg Eternity (see "'Torg Eternity' RPG") for Ulisses Spiele.
Under Ulisses Spiele, Dr. Bliss Marshall stay on as President of Sigil Services and be joined by new CEO Jan Wagner. Shane Hensley of PEG will remain on the board of owners alongside Ulisses Spiele SEO Markus Plotz.

"Bringing in someone of Markus’ incredible ambition and foresight means Sigil Services can reach even more of our long-term goals, including helping our friends at other companies embrace the versatility, reach, profitability, and excitement of digital gaming.”
Under Ulisses Spiele, Sigil will improve and expand their services, and develop new options for their customers. Sigil Services will have offices in both North America and Germany.
