Featuring units drawn from the Cardfight!! Vanguard will+Dress Season 3, launching in July, the Evenfall Onslaught Booster Pack set features cards from the Dragon Empire, Dark States, Brandt Gate, Keter Sanctuary, and Stoicheia kingdoms across a total of 96 card types including 1 reprint card, 15 RRR cards, 21 RR cards, 20 R cards, and 40 C cards.
The launch will be supported by a Sneak Preview Kit for tournament stores that wish to host an event the weekend of October 6. Each kit comes with 47 booster packs, 9 promo cards, and 2 rubber playmats, enough materials for eight participants.
The release follows September’s launch of the Clash of Heroes set (see “Bushiroad Announces Next ‘Cardfight!! Vanguard’ Booster Set”).
The four Azur Lane Trial Decks each feature a different faction from the smartphone game: Eagle Union, Royal Navy, Sakura Empire, and Iron Blood. The pre-constructed decks include 50 cards with 20 different types. 20 parallel card types are randomly inserted in decks, with each deck having one “shiny” card and one of 16 possible RRR cards with special embossing or one of four different signature cards sporting the signature of a member of the voice cast. A playmat, rules sheet, and deck manual are also included.
The Azur Lane Booster Packs contain the rest of the series, with a total of 140 different cards types and 140 parallel card types. The series also offers 40 different signature cards. The cards will be sold in 9-count packs in 16-pack displays. Each display comes with one of 18 PR cards as a box topper, and each 18-display carton features an exclusive playmat. Tournament stores will be eligible for limited Azur Lane Tournament Store PR Packs with one of 18 PR cards.
