Flat River Group will release Hegemony: Lead Your Class to Victory, a new board game by Hegemonic Project Games, into retail on October 20, 2023.

In this politico-economic board game, players take charge of a socio-economic group within a fictional nation that is in disarray.  The four groups players can control the destiny of are as follows: The Working Class, the Middle Class, the Capitalist Class and the State. The Working Class represents the workers of the nation, the Capitalist Class run the corporations.  The Middle Class are a combination of the Working Class and the Capitalist Class, and the State is running the nation, trying to keep everyone in check.

Players each have their objectives to achieve.  These goals are limited by policies that affect their ability to act, and voting on these policies are key to carrying out their agenda. This game is essentially a simulation of how different political philosophies play out on a national scene.  It is for two to four players, ages 14 and up, and plays in 90 to 180 minutes.

Two expansion for the game will be released into retail alongside the Hegemony: Lead Your Class to Victory base game.  The Crisis & Control expansion adds new challenges and additional game modes that will test players' ability to run their group within the government.  It will retail for $29.99.  The Historical Events expansion adds wars, revolutions, and other crises to the mix, and will retail for $11.99.

Flat River Group will also release Lunar Rush, a new Euro-style board game by Dead Alive Games, into U.S. retail (see " 'Lunar Rush'").
