Titan Comics is publishing a graphic novel focused on the life and films of Francis Ford Coppola.  Don Coppola is due out June 11, 2024, with art and story by Amazing Ameziane, as a 228-page full-color softcover priced at $24.99.

Coppola is best known for The Godfather and its sequels, winning Best Picture and Best Adapted Screenplay Oscars for the first in the trilogy, while The Godfather Part II was the first sequel to win Best Picture.  He also won Best Adapted Screenplay and Best Director for that movie.  His other films include Apocalypse Now, The Conversation, The Outsiders, The Cotton Club, and Bram Stoker’s Dracula. He also won the Best Original Screenplay Academy Award for co-writing Patton.

Don Coppola is the second volume in Ameziane’s "Cine Trilogy" of graphic novels about notable filmmakers.  The first, Quentin by Tarantino, is on sale February 13, 2024 (see “Upcoming Graphic Novel Puts Tarantino in the Spotlight”).
