Skybound Comet will release a complete collection of writer Robert Kirkman and artist Jason Howard’s middle-grade series Super Dinosaur in July 2024.  Super Dinosaur Compendium One includes Super Dinosaur #1-23 and Super Dinosaur Origin Special, collecting the entire series in a single volume for the first time.  The story of a 10-year-old boy and his pet T Rex saving the world from an evil genius was first published in 2011, and four collected editions were released in 2011-2015.  It was adapted into an animated cartoon (see “Confessions of a Comic Book Guy—The Importance of Squirrel Girl”) that had its U.S. premiere in 2019 and is still available on streaming platforms.

Super Dinosaur Compendium One will be released on July 9, 2024, digitally and in bookstores and on July 10, 2024, in comic shops.  The 496-page paperback, rated for ages 8-12, will have an MSRP of $34.99.
