Ravensburger teased its Disney Lorcana 2024 product release line up in a recent press release.

The announcement included several bits of information, but the major product-related reveals were the number of Disney Lorcana TCG sets headed to market in 2024, their release dates, and about Disney Lorcana TCG Gateway. The schedule of booster set release dates for 2024 goes as follows:

  • Into the Inklands. This set will hit retail and Disney Parks on February 23, 2024, and mass and shopDisney on March 8, 2024. 
  • TBA Booster Set. This untitled set will hit retail and Disney Parks on May 17, 2024, and mass and shopDisney on May 31, 2024. 
  • TBA Booster Set. This untitled set will hit retail and Disney Parks on August 9, 2024, and mass and shopDisney on August 23, 2024. 
  • TBA Booster Set. This untitled set will hit retail and Disney Parks on November 15, 2024, and mass and shopDisney on November 29, 2024.

The company also unveiled Disney Lorcana TCG Gateway, which is a new learn-to-play product. It includes everything needed to pick up andplay a two-player game of Disney Lorcana. The box comes with two 30-card basic Disney Lorcana TCG decks, a two-player game board with character standees, rules, player’s guides, and additional cards that players can add to their decks as they learn gameplay. This product will hit stores on August 9, 2024 with an MSRP of $24.99.

Ravensburger also made some organized play announcements. They will be launching their official competitive play circuit for Disney Lorcana in May 2024. This circuit will include a North American and European Championship, slated to take place over the 2024 holiday season. These events will all feed into an invite-only World Championship 2025 event.

On the FLGS level, they announced Set Championship. Starting with Into the Inklands, players will be able to compete in a store championship-style event at approved stores. The prizes for the first Set Championships will include a unique Enchanted Stitch-Rock Star promo and a Champion playmat (see below).

Disney Lorcana: The First Chapter Booster Box recently topped the December 2023 TCGplayer Top 25 Sealed Products chart (see " 'Disney Lorcana' and 'One Piece CG' Sales Power").
